  1. Calling All ShedHeads!!!
since you helped make the 3rd Alarm Throwdown such a success, we would like to host a partner competition on November 22nd at the shed.
just wanted to throw that date out there, and let you all know that we have another opportunity on the horizonโ€ฆ another opportunity to put on a legit, quality competition, that will definitely test fitness!
the amount of volunteers wonโ€™t be as extensive, since we donโ€™t have to load and transport equipmentโ€ฆ however we will need judges, and help with registration (which will require a weigh-in). In addition, we will need some help breaking down and setting up WODs. For this event, we will assign heats, and responsibilities for each volunteer in order to make it easier on each of you!
movements to be judged will be:
    deadlifts
    burpees
    rowing (recording time from monitor)
    ctb pull-ups and muscle-ups
    bear complex
    ohs
    double unders
the finals will only require 4 judges and those movements will be:
    cleans
    rope climbs
    front squats
    wall climbs
    push jerks
    box jumps
    t2b
at some point this week, we will provide a volunteer sign up sheet at the shed.
Once registration is up an running, we will determine how many spots will open up for RedShed Teams.
