    In June we will be hosting a Fitness Challenge event at Kitattinny State Park to raise money for Friend2Friend.
    For those of you who came out with us last summer for the Ego Challenge (search the August Archives)… this will be our version of it!!
    I will be developing a Fitness Challenge over a 5K course, incorporating 10-15 fitness challenges along the way.
    The event will need plenty of manpower, and I am counting on all of you to volunteer your time, skills and enthusiasm to show our community how awesome we are!

I’m just so glad to be back around motivated people…FYI Charlie gets to ring the bell today because not only did he do the wod but he some how managed to calculate that those 100 KB swings = us moving 2.5 tons of weight…Ha trying explaining that to somebody who does not do crossfit “yea my workout was moving 2.5 tons…oh you did superset of curls niceee!”
