    Look for a CF Endurance WOD (rowing or running) to be posted weekly, for those that want to incorporate that aspect into their training.
    Will most likely post on a Wed, but it can be done at any point during the week (in place of the posted WOD) as long that it does not interfere with a WOD in which the rowers are being used for.
