"Air Force WOD"

For time:

20 thrusters

20 sumo deadlift high pulls

20 push jerks

20 overhead squats

20 front squats

~perform 4 burpees every minute on the minute… including minute zero! (meaning the wod starts with 4 burpees).  Rx'd is 95# (65#)

compare times to 03/05/2010

    Air Force WOD:
    Measurable Results…give it 110%. I recall the feeling of being run over by a truck after this one and could not believe the long time it took to recover, but at the same time that feeling of great accomplishment. That is the feeling you want after this!
    Your goal…do it faster than last time (and do as few burpees as possible)

  22. wow I am spent…rx’d in 13:45 need to get lower on my OHS first time doing 95lb…and I can feel it now. Good workout though happy I was below 15min.
