A very special birthday wish to the one female athlete that was part of the original RedShed crew.  Sena started in the garage with the workout boys and within no time her strength and quick pick-up on O-lifting was quite obvious.  She then continued training regularly throughout her pregnancy as Sena+1 and is now back in action as Sena+Feran.  She shows us how to balance it all – as a wife, mother, business owner and ShedHead.  You are many things to many people – but today it is all about you!

Although it has been awhile since we trained together, I fondly look back at the days in the garage, with the heater going and the time we had to just lift heavy weights and complain about the WOD we just put ourselves through.  I am sure there was plenty of swearing and yelling that could be heard across the street as well.  Sena my friend, you are one strong bad *ss woman!
