    i had to modify: 10 SDHP #55, when i couldnt get on the back extension thingy i did squats, 10 push ups, and i did 10 reg sit ups with a light medicine ball because we dont have the equipment for the other kind… i might have miscounted but i either did 9 or 10 rounds
