What you get:
- access to the weekly programming, in an attempt to learn how to implement your training templates.
- pre & post testing
- opportunities for self-discovery, skill practice, athletic development, and a better understanding of our training philosophy regarding training vs. testing, strength and energy systems.
- a fun training atmosphere without judgment… you will experience strong encouragement, “whiteboard sessions”, team building, and a sense of fulfillment!
- your training templates will be sent to you via The Fit Bot… a software program that provides a means of direct communication between athlete and coach!
If you just want to get better, this is your opportunity to put in the time and effort to do so! For me as a Coach, there is nothing I love more than having the opportunity to teach fitness to those who are willing to learn!

I signed up for the ADC sessions really with little expectations other than to improve my all around fitness. I learned more than expected! I have a better understanding of what my body is capable of and what it takes to be resilient. Longevity and good healthy is my ultimate goal and Pat’s philosophy on fitness is right on! Now I am looking forward to future sessions! ~JD

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started the summer ADC, but I found the entire experience, challenging, rewarding, and empowering. I have gained tremendous confidence in myself and my abilities.
The quality of the training allowed me to expand my comfort zone, both physically and mentally. The educational component was an unexpected benefit, and truly separated this program from the many others that I had been exposed to in the past. I really enjoyed working with Pat; he provides the motivational skills to make a program like this a great experience in spite of the physical challenges. The ADC may be over, but I feel like in the last two months, my lifestyle has evolved to a much healthier and happier one.

What an awesome experience ADC was for me. I completed the Spring session and was a drop in over the summer. I have improved in overall strength, endurance, and gained an understanding of fitness and nutrition, as it relates to me. I highly recommend taking part in ADC!!

The camp was a great learning experience! Pat’s weekly programming was geared towards my personal goals and I used that to further develop my skills. It challenged me both mentally and physically beyond our daily WODs. I was able to see myself improve as an athlete along side the other crossfitters who were supporting me through the process.

ADC was a great experience because it gave me more confidence in the gym. I’m not only physically stronger after completing it, but mentally as well! The knowledge I learned during camp I now apply to my WODS and it’s made a huge difference. I know how to pace, I know what giving 70-100% means, and I just have a much better understanding of CrossFit in general. It made me a much smarter athlete..and with knowledge, comes power!
Starr…
I don’t know how I was able to perform before the camp! My strength & my endurance has increased dramatically over the course of ADC. I will certainly do it again!

I would like to share my experience with the “Athlete Development Camp (ADC)”. It was an incredible experience for me. When I would go through a WOD and fall apart it would play games with my head and I didn’t feel that I was achieving my fitness goals in an efficient way. What I gained from the ADC was an intimate understanding as to why my body reacted this way and how to train to maximize my workouts. I now understand how to pace, how to train so that the proverbial wave doesn’t ruin my workout. It helped me understand the percentages and what a 65% or a 90% effort feels like and how to maintain that through a workout. I attained all of the goals that I made for the ADC. I made a commitment to myself and my coach and I took it very seriously, which resulted in me achieving Muscle Ups, losing 10 more pounds, and I feel that I am a very different athlete than I have ever been. It was an experience that I wish everyone could go through. If anyone wants to pick my brain and ask questions feel free to call me anytime 862-324-0043.
