RedShed CrossFit is more than fitness. We believe the skills, strength, and awareness developed within these four walls transfer into your everyday life fostering longevity and resilience! What you do here is supplemental to enhance your full life experience! Even better is doing this all with others. Forge friendships, persevere through trials, show up for yourself and your health. BEGINNERS

New to CrossFit? Our Basic Training (BT) Membership is designed to get you started! BT details:

  • $200 investment
  • 4-5 one hour 1-on-1 coaching sessions scheduled around your availability
  • Access to our Aerobic Intervals & Yoga class
  • 1 week unlimited classes upon completion of your BT

During your 1-on-1 BT with a RedShed Coach you will learn:

  • 9 foundational CrossFit movements
  • How to safely and effectively modify movements to meet your ability
  • CrossFit methodologies and terminologies
  • Strength & conditioning principles

Basic Training is required for all athletes new to CrossFit.  Email Coach Shawn to schedule a visit and tour our facility.

VISITORS

How to drop-in:

  • Give us a heads up!
  • Provide your level of CrossFit experience
  • $25/ drop in. First drop-in is FREE
  • Visit Zen Planner Select your drop-in day, sign-in and pay for your class

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
