ShedHeads,
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the immediate health risk from COVID-19 is still considered low. That being said, we are still taking the health and safety of all people very seriously.
In addition to our normal standard for cleaning, we have increased the rate at which we clean, especially high touch points including door handles and bathrooms as an example. However, the health and safety of our community is a shared responsibility. As a reminder, here are some ways you can help:
- STAY AT HOME WHEN YOU ARE SICK.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Wash your hands often.
- Wipe down all equipment (including handprints and sweat on the floor) once you’re done using it.
- Leave it cleaner than you found it.
Classes and events are currently running as scheduled. Should recommendations from the CDC and other health organizations change, we will certainly act accordingly and inform you of our changes.
We appreciate you engaging in fitness with us.
