It takes an ARMY of helpers…

The success of any one event is based upon the pieces put into place to make it work.

Pieces like trust, confidence, respect, love and pride in our community.

Each year that we host an event, the more I am amazed by the willingness of the helpers!

Saying "THANKS" doesn't ever feel like enough, but what else can I say?

Thanks for sacrificing your day to help us create a fitness event that was based on finding the fittest based on simple principles of strength and conditioning… not just sexy, silly or unsafe workouts.

Thanks for standing firm and enforcing movement standards.

Thanks for representing our community in a way that makes us stand out as a group who respects what CrossFit has provided for us, and mature enough to keep it fun, fulfilling and about fitness.
