Athlete Development Camp is:
-geared toward developing athleticism in the gym
-creating “ah ha” moments where you start to get a better understanding of how you function as an athlete
-exposes you to energy systems, breathing & pacing
-most importantly, it provides opportunities for each athlete to put the blinders on, focus on themselves and get a sense of fulfillment as an athlete… we don’t compete with each other, we work together like a team… it’s like going to RedShed Strength & Conditioning practice!
What you put into it is what you get out of it… it’s that simple!
We will hold an Athlete Development Camp that will run the first 4 weekends in December 2018.
This is open to anyone… the only prerequisites are:
-you must be teachable
-you must possess a desire to learn, and a want to be better
-you must have an open mind
-you must be willing to take rest days
-you will get homework… and if you want to get closer to possessing your desired skills and goals, you have to do the work… attending the camp is not a magic pill!
- The cost is $200 for the December 2018 camp.
- You will get 4 sessions, each running for about 2 hours (some may go longer…)
- You will receive weekly individualized programming and homework designed to guide you toward your goals.
- There are only 10 spots, first come first served.
- Dates: Sessions will be held weekends of 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22
- Days/Times will be determined by availability of participants…
- Options: Friday Evenings (7pm-9pm)… Saturday Mornings (10am-12pm)… Sunday Mornings (9am-11am)
