Quick notes regarding the Fall Schedule…

Monday and Wednesday mornings will have the same training hours.
Our own Courtney will be teaching Yoga, which will begin @ 4:30pm on September 12th, and will run for the month of September. If attendance is good, we will keep it going!
Brielle will be teaching Pilates a couple Saturdays each month, and those dates will be posted on the schedule spreadsheet, as well as in the shed.
Saturday WODs are changing… and the Free Intro Session will now be at 11:30pm, so there will only be 1 WOD on Saturdays after BT.
Otherwise, everything else is business as usual.
