In the shed, we want your training experience to be fun, informative, and challenging… so we strive to make getting started simple. All new athletes* are invited to the RedShed for a free, no obligation introduction to Basic Training. Your intro to BT Session must be scheduled in advance, and you must be physically and mentally ready to engage in some exercise!!

*New athletes are those who have little to no CrossFit experience. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, please send us an email so we can schedule your first visit.
If you decide that you would like to continue training with us, Basic Training is the next step.
RedShed CrossFit Basic Training is mandatory for all athletes new to CrossFit… our program is second to none!!! Our BT Coaches put in the time and attention necessary to prepare all new athletes to get on the floor and train with knowledge and confidence!
Duration: 5-6 training sessions, depending on the individual
Sessions: Training Sessions are scheduled based on the needs of the Basic Training Participants & Coach availability
Cost: $200, includes 5-6 (~60min) training sessions + 1 week free unlimited training and a training notebook. Commitment is required and the Basic Training fee is non-refundable.
Level of Commitment: Each Basic Training Athlete must complete the 5-6 BT sessions, and the level of commitment expected is equal to the value of the information presented, and the time and effort provided by our awesome Basic Training Coaches!
Throughout Basic Training:
- You will learn and experience the 9 fundamental movements
- You will be taught methodologies and terminologies associated with CrossFit
- You will learn mechanics – consistency – intensity
- You will be prepared for unlimited training upon completion of your initial month of training!

If your going to be in town, and you’re looking for a place to train…
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice. Showing up unannounced makes it difficult for everyone!
- Please provide us with your level of CrossFit experience, where you train and any details we would need to know about you.
- Drop-in rate $20/visit
- Our athletes use Zen Planner to schedule their training, so we ask that you please do the same… just click here to access the drop-in registration page, view our class schedule and schedule and pay for your training session.
