Holiday Wall Ball Challenge – 11/25 to 12/25
The objective is for you to accumulate as many wall ball shots (rx’d) between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The winner gets January training as a Christmas gift!
Here is what you need to do, and what you need to know:
1) Every day the shed is open between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a wall ball cap will be posted. You will only be allowed to hit the cap, any reps over the cap will not be counted.
2) WODs with wall ball shots…. those reps will count towards your totals.
3) All wall ball reps must be witnessed by a coach or shedhead, and posted in “comments” on the blog before 10PM THE DAY OF!! For example, if today’s WOD was “Kelly” and the cap was 15 wall balls, I would click on the comments for today’s post and type the following (considering I hit the WOD rx’d and did the wall ball cap): Pat – 165 wall balls witness by SvW on 11/25.
4) If you do not follow this format, your wall ball reps WILL NOT COUNT! Arguments regarding your inability to follow the format will result in 50 burpees, and a loss of 10 wall ball reps.
5) The coaches will ONLY be tallying wall balls that are posted correctly (BY 10PM THE DAY OF!), and will post daily totals on the small whiteboard in the shed.
6) This format is easy to follow, and will be a way for everyone to know who has how many wall balls! Don’t skimp on your range of motion, and be sure the ball hits the target. You don’t want to be on the “naughty list” for fibbing on your wall balls! (Santa sees everything!)
7) In the case of a tie, the tie-breaker WOD will take place on a day between Christmas and New Year’s Day, winner gets free training in January!
