**RedShed Elite Fitness uses an open gym format, meaning that scheduling your training is not required. However, WODs are maxed out at 4-6 athletes on any given training day, and training occurs on a “first come, first serve” basis. If a certain time slot becomes increasingly popular, mandatory scheduling will be implemented.**
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 7AM to 12PM (last WOD starts at 11AM), 4PM to 9PM (last WOD starts at 8PM)
Tuesday: 7AM to 12PM (last WOD starts at 11AM), 4PM to 9PM (last WOD starts at 8PM)
Wednesday: 7AM to 12PM (last WOD starts at 11AM), 4PM to 9PM (last WOD starts at 8PM)
Thursday: Open Gym, Basic Training 3PM to 7PM, One on One Training 7PM-9PM
Friday: 7AM to 12PM (last WOD starts at 11AM), 4PM to 9PM (last WOD starts at 8PM)
Saturday: 7:30AM to 12PM (last WOD starts at 11AM), 12PM to 2PM Basic Training, One on One Training (must be scheduled in advance)
**Training prior to 7AM and 4PM is available for private or semi-private training only, and must be scheduled and/or canceled 24 hours in advance**
