Nick comes from a storied family of olympic lifters, and still currently competes. Nick will be focusing on athlete technique, development, and the Process of Attaining Sports Mastery. His knowledge of periodization and international training systems is invaluable. Nick also works locally as a Coach of Physical Preparation, and has recently taken to the sport of cycling.
