May 2013 Schedule Changes

During the month of May, we will have some changes to the training schedule. 

  • You will now have two additional training heats on Tuesday mornings (5:45am & 6:15am).  Tuesdays 7am-8am is remaining closed for Coach’s Training… just click on “hours of operation” for heat schedules. (this actually starts April 30th, so adjust accordingly!)
  • Thursdays will remain open for Oly Practice from 5pm-6:30pm.  BT will be Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm.
  • Friday afternoons, we will now be opening at 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm… just click on “hours of operation” for heat schedules.
  • Saturday BT will be from 9:30am-11am… just click on “hours of operation” for heat schedules.

 

During the weekend of the Northeast Regionals, many of our athletes and Coaches will be traveling up north to support Josh, as he competes in his first Regional Event!  Please adhere to the modified training schedule on the dates listed below:

Thursday, May 16th – we will have morning training sessions (same hours as Friday mornings), and the usual Thursday evening hours.

Friday, May 17th – NO MORNING TRAINING.  Afternoon training will begin at 4:30pm, and LAST WOD WILL BE AT 7:00PM, NO EXCEPTIONS (so please be on time!).

Saturday, May 18th – SHED WILL BE CLOSED

 

We are getting ever closer to training in our new facility.  As we prepare, keep your eyes open for the Mindbody Link on our website, where you will be able to start paying for memberships online.

Also, we will be continuing with our Level Up Training, formerly referred to as Competition Training.  We realize that many of you may not necessarily be interested in CrossFit competitions, but would love to get in some extra work to go from L1 to L2 to SK on the daily WODs.  Once we are established in our new gym, we will offering Level Up Training for those interested (cost and schedules to be determined).

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
