I can remember a time when Memorial Day weeknd meant 3 days of beer, the beach and the boardwalk. Then it evolved to beer, wine, food and hanging on the lake in our boat.
Now, it has a much different feel to it!
We get a extra day OFF!!! No work on Monday! Wooo hooo!!!
And instead of drinking it away, it is spent as quality time with family and friends… or used as those “extra hours” I’ve been searching for to tend to the landscaping and housecleaning.
What I am getting at is, in a way, piggy-backing off of one of Lisbeth’s posts… dial it down!
Not sure if you noticed, but I have ramped up our programming. And even though we will be open on Monday with a kickass Hero WOD, I would like to encourage everyone to take advantage of the opportunity to rest and relax. Yes, I want to see you tomorrow, but I hope you can go home after the WOD, and be stress free for the rest of the day!
