RedShed Friday Night Lights Invitational

Hey ShedHeads!

We are going to host an invite only Friday Night Lights Competition on May 29th… first WOD will start between 7-7:30pm.  (Invite only means this is not open to the public!)

We are looking for 4 RedShed Teams based on the competition criteria… if we end up with more than 4 teams that want to participate, we will have a lottery to see who gets to compete!

4 person teams – 2 men/2 women… (any other combination is not eligible to win $$)

 

Format:  Timed WODs/AMRAPs, No Official Judges – Scores based on Honor System… however, there will be floating judges and we encourage all participants to uphold the highest integrity in movement standards and honesty in rep counts.  Those who visibly cheat, or obviously count reps incorrectly will be disqualified.

 

WODs are Open… no scaled or masters divisions

 

What are you competing for??…  MONEY!!

All teams are required to donate a minimum of $50 into the competition pool… however much you put in will dictate how much gets distributed for the following…

-Overall winner of WOD 1, 2, 3 & 4

 

 

WOD 1 Requirements:  At least one person on each team must possess the following skill sets and strength criteria…

-ring muscle-ups

-wall climbs (nose to the wall)

-wall balls – 20/14 @ 10’target

-ohs – 105/85

 

WOD 2 Requirements:  At least one person on must be able to perform multiple reps of SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTERS @ the following weights (each athlete will be responsible for one of the weights listed!)…

-65#

-85#

-105#

-125#

 

WOD 3 Requirements:  Team will split into couples…

Couple A – must be able to perform t2b and rope ascents

Couple B – must be able to row and perform double unders

 

WOD 4 will be chosen at random, based on WODs submitted by each participating team.

WOD 1 – Team Relay

AMRAP 7:00 – total reps

Athlete 1 – 3 wall climbs then sprint to tag Athlete 2

Athlete 2 – 3 muscle-ups then sprint to tag Athlete 3

Athlete 3 – 5 wall balls then sprint to tag Athlete 4

Athlete 4 – 5 overhead squats then sprint to tag Athlete 1

(each athlete must return to starting position after tagging teammate)

 

 

 

WOD 2 – Squat Clean Thruster Ladder

AMRAP 7:00 – highest reps in ascending ladder

Rep Scheme: 3-6-9-12-15-18… and so on

Each Athlete must complete the 3’s, then the 6’s and so on

Athlete 1 – 65#

Athlete 2 – 85#

Athlete 3 – 105#

Athlete 4 – 125#

(all athletes can help load and unload barbell)

 

 

 

WOD 3 – Core Engine Couples

AMRAP 7:00 – total reps

Couple A – 7 t2b + 1 rope ascent (15’)

Couple B – 10 calorie row + 10 unbroken double unders

(each athlete must complete the couplet before partner can start)

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
