Rules:
CHALLENGE BEGINS MONDAY 9/14/09
Identify your max pull-up goal you want to reach by February 2010, and every Monday perform a max effort of pull-ups and record your reps (logbook provided). In January and February, perform a max effort of pull-ups on Mondays and Fridays, until you have reached 30 days of pull-ups.
- Grip is up to you
- Kipping is allowed and encouraged, unless you want to set a “dead hang” goal
- Range of motion – chin over bar, full extension at the bottom (no exceptions)
- NO RE-GRIPPING – once you are off the bar, effort is over
- All max efforts must be witnessed and counted by a Coach or fellow athlete
- YOU are responsible to log your efforts in your logbook, AND post them on the website
- If you reach your goal early, set a new one and keep striving to excel
