The Barbell Club (BBC) is an opportunity for athletes at The Shed to get in some extra strength training in addition to the weekly programming. BBC is a strength program that focuses on building brute strength through the effective program implemented by Westside Barbell.
What you can Expect:
We follow Westside Barbell’s conjugate method that is specifically designed to be incorporated into a strength & conditioning program.
What you need to know:
We will be meeting on Sundays at 12:00pm and sessions will last about 90 minutes. You are required to attend Sunday training days!
In addition, you will receive weekly programming of one additional BBC session, of which you must implement into your week of training. This is your second day of BBC, and you are responsible to get that work completed prior to the Sunday sessions.

Cost is $150 per Athlete
