Goat Homework:

Each ShedHead is responsible for identifying 3 goats (weaknesses) or skills that you would like to master, and 3 strengths … and then send them to redshedcrossfit@gmail.com ASAP.

We will then create Goat Homework for you to complete each week.  You will be held accountable, ShedHeads!  Assignments must be completed and submitted each week in order for you to receive credit.  The Goat Homework will be an on-going program, where credits will be accumulated each week.  Incentives will be provided to ShedHeads who reach designated milestones (as if being awesome at CrossFit isn’t incentive enough!?!?!).

GHA WODs will be created just for you, based upon the information you provide for us (in addition to what we already know about you!).  Before July is over, you will be responsible to perform your GHA WOD (post workout, sort of like a cash-out), record the results and hand them into a RedShed Coach.

We will then provide weekly assignments for you to complete, and then retest your GHA after 4-5 weeks of addressing your goats.

The credits you earn will be base upon your measurable results.  Credits will be rewarded with incentive gifts to be determined and announced the week of GHA retesting.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
