M -W – F – 12pm – 3pm, Strength & Conditioning
Tu – Thu – 12pm-3-pm, Speed & Quickness
For all new High School and College Athletes, we are offering a Summer Training Special!
Cost – $500
What you get – 3 days/week of Strength & Conditioning and 2 days/week of Speed & Quickness
Duration of Special– Starts June 28th, Ends August 20th
Explanation– Special includes 8 weeks of semi-private training (groups of 3-5 athletes). All training will occur between the hours of 12pm and 3pm Monday thru Friday.
Format– Strength & Conditioning M W F (Netcong Gym), Speed & Quickness Tu Thu (2 possible locations – Station Park, Sparta & CO Johnson Park, Byram)
The RedShed Elite Fitness Program focuses all aspects of athleticism. You will develop strength through range of motion, improve flexibility and increase work capacity. Our semi-private training environment encourages teamwork, as well as healthy competition among your peers.
