Most trainers, bosses, coaches ect. always state “in my day i did this….” Well here in the shed we dont have to wonder what you guys did in your day or how tough you were when you last competed. We watch you, we work beside you everyday and see your passion. So we don’t need coaches yelling in our ear to go harder because here in the shed all we have to do is look next to us…
