Tuesdays: 5:30am, 6:15am, 8am, 9am… 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Wednesdays: 5:30am, 6:15am, 7am, 8am, 9am… 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursdays: 5:30am, 6:15am, 7am… 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Fridays: 5:30am, 6:15am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10-12-Open Gym… 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30-8-Open Gym
Saturdays: 8am, 9am
**During months with no Basic Training Clients, we will add Open Gym to those Saturdays via the Mindbody Schedule**
